I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Jeddah. The highlight of my experience was the exceptional service provided by the receptionist, Abdullah. He was incredibly accommodating, professional, and ensured all my needs were met promptly. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeddah and will definitely consider staying here again in the future

Hospitable staff, starting from security at the entrance to reception, housekeeping, and dining area. In the dining area, one of the supervising staff (Rauf?) Was very good too.

Location is good. Easy to get Uber to everywhere. Masjid for Jumaat just behind the hotel. Plenty parking. Breakfast is brilliant.

Rotana hotels never let you down. The staff is amazing, very helpful even with minor issues. The whole hotel is very clean. The rooms are very nice and clean. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is amazing as usual. I would definitely go back again with no hesitation.
