I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Jeddah. The highlight of my experience was the exceptional service provided by the receptionist, Abdullah. Location is good. Easy to get Uber to everywhere. Masjid for Jumaat just behind the hotel. Plenty parking. Breakfast is brilliant.

Rotana hotels never let you down. The staff is amazing, very helpful even with minor issues. The whole hotel is very clean. The rooms are very nice and clean. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is amazing as usual. I would definitely go back again with no hesitation.
